Surfside Villas & Condominiums Milestone Inspection

EMA Forensic Structural Engineers has successfully completed the Florida Milestone Inspection assignment for this 42-unit condominium building. Our engineer hass inspected all the habitable and non-habitable areas of the building per Florida law SB-4D and has found the building with no significant damage. The inspection was in lieu of 40-year recertification building inspection (now referred to as a Milestone Inspection) as required by law and was to ensure that buildings are structurally and electrically safe and to prevent structural building failures.
